score!

I am pretty much a walking, talking advertisement for Old Navy Maternity right now.
I went there to return something today (which I have to wait for credit for by mail...bummer) and tried on several pairs of their jean shorts/capris and was *shocked* at the wonderfulness.
Honestly, you normally don't find fit/cut/look of these shorts unless you're in Pea in a Pod and willing to drop $100+.
Ok so here they are:

The super special thing about these is that you:
a) can wear a belt! (99.9% of maternity jeans don't have loops)
b) will still have a normal looking fly and button area (again, non-existent on most maternity pants)
c) the elastic inserts barely show under most shirts
c) they are still super comfy because of the stretch material and elastic inserts at the waist

The only con I can think of is that they may not work well late into the pregnancy.... BUT I will test this theory and get back on here to update (it'll be a few months...). : )

As you can tell, I'm stoked. I'm going back to get me a pair as soon as my store credit comes in the mail.
If you are pregnant or know of anyone who is-- these are an awesome find!

P.S. Old Navy also has a pair of "ankle jeans" with the same side-elastic fit as well.
